Guarantee process for ULTRA LIFE and XENARC ULTRA LIFE bulbs

Like all OSRAM products our ULTRA LIFE and XENARC ULTRA LIFE bulbs are carefully checked, high quality products. We therefore offer an OSRAM manufacturer‘s guarantee on these products.

  • XENARC ULTRA LIFE bulbs provide a unique 10-year guarantee for end consumers.
  • Halogen ULTRA LIFE bulbs offer four years for non-commercial usage.

New - without online registration

  • Bulbs do not need to be registered online to benefit from the guarantee. Simply keep your receipt and hand it in if you want to redeem your product guarantee.
  • All ULTRA LIFE and XENARC ULTRA LIFE headlight bulbs are eligible for the guarantee, starting from the purchase date. Please see a list of countries that offer the guarantee below.

Here's how the guarantee works

OSRAM ULTRA LIFE and XENARC ULTRA LIFE headlight bulbs that fail to work properly as a result of a product defect in non-commercial applications during the guarantee period are covered by the OSRAM guarantee. Please note: the guarantee applies only to countries with customer service addresses.

To receive a replacement, please send the defective product in a protective package along with your purchase receipt and postage paid by you (the sender) to the OSRAM contact address in your area and you will get free replacement. In individual cases you will receive a similar product or a credit note for the purchase price. Your statutory rights to non-defective goods remain unaffected.
